We Make Valve Automation Easy

1) Air enters through the NPT inlet port.
2) Air travels down and around the sheath over the element in a cyclonic fashion. The centrifugal forces cause moisture and contaminants to be forced outwards and collect on the inner surface of the bowl, then fall down to the bottom.
3) The air reverses directions and goes back upward through element media.
4) The air passes through the stainless steel mesh. The striated surface efficiently holds aerosols and liquid droplets, which then fall into the drain area. Filtration to 3.0 micron.
5) Final filter media composed of interwoven cotton, polyester and stainless steel. Filter captures excess sub-micron water droplets. Cotton holds the water particles & allows them to re-enter the air stream as harmless vapor. Filtration to 1.0 micron.
6) After passing through the media layers while traveling upward through the element, the air enters the head of the filter and the clean, dry air exits the filter via the NPT outlet port.
