Data we process when you use assuredautomation.com
When you set up an Assured Automation account, we store information you give us like your name, email address, and encrypted password. Optionally you can provide us with your telephone number, company name, industry, and fax number.
When you use the Assured Automation online configurators, you have the option to store quotes you created for your future reference.
To process online purchases, you can provide us with either your credit card type, card number, expiration data, card security number, name on card, company name (optional), phone, fax number (optional), and billing address; or purchase through Amazon Pay.
To process requests for premium documentation such as CAD drawings, catalogs and eBooks, or subscribe to our eNewsletters, we request your name and email address.
When submitting Reviews and Testimonials to products, we store your name, email, title, comments, and rating.
We log web browser information (e.g., Internet Protocol addresses and browser types) and other usage information from the Assured Automation’s website such as page view tallies, time spent on each page, geographic location information, page browsing information and operating system information. If using a mobile or other device to visit the Assured Automation’s website, we may collect hardware information related to the device used by the website visitor.
Your browser may be set to limit or prevent any of the browser information described above from being transmitted. If so, certain communication tools and other features and functions offered by Assured Automation may not be available to you.

Such contractors and business partners include those hosting our Services or other data; managing the functionality of our Services; hosting customer relationship management, marketing automation, customer service and other software platforms on our behalf; processing credit or other payment card payments; collecting delinquent accounts; fulfilling and processing orders; delivering products you have ordered; assisting with marketing and promotions; and enabling us to send you email.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our products and offerings are viewed. For example, we analyze data about your visits to our site to optimize website design and usability. When you visit sites that use Google Analytics, Google and a Google Analytics customer may link information about your activity from that site with activity from other sites that use Google’s ad services.

We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, we may send you a quote of an automated valve that you have requested, or product information. We may also let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to products and services we offer. If you contact Assured Automation, we will keep a record of your request in order to respond to your inquiry and solve any problems you might be facing.
Provide Customer Assistance
Assured Automation may access and use Chat transcripts, surveys and recordings for purposes of providing maintenance or support services, for training and quality assurance purposes and/or for purposes of improving our services.
Assured Automation uses browser information, cookies and pixel tags to determine whether a chat, voice or email button or other communication service should be deployed on your browser (to provide assistance in Chat communications). We may also use browser information, cookies and pixel tags to recognize whether you are a return visitor, to help us improve our product and service offerings, for quality assurance and training purposes, for purposes of performing data analysis and running reports, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to gather broad demographic information, to administer and optimize our services, to deliver marketing or other materials to you and for other lawful purposes.

Managing, reviewing, and updating your information
When you are signed in to AssuredAutomation.com, you can review, update, or delete information by accessing your Assured Automation account. When logged in you can access:
Saved Carts, Saved Quotes, Profile information, including Name, Company, Industry, Phone, Fax, and change your Password.
If you have requested literature or education materials, such as CAD drawings, catalogs, brochures, newsletters, eBooks, or registered for a Webinar, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a review and make changes to any information we have recorded on your behalf.
