Example of a Batching System with a Valve

When used with a valve, the Valve should be placed after the meter. These systems can be fed by simple city water pressure, a pressurized tank, or gravity feed, however, gravity feed systems will have a decreasing flow rate as the head lowers and the supply reservoir empties. There are a number of valves to choose from fast acting solenoid valves to electric ball valves that take up to 10 seconds to close.
