Digital Flow Meters for Beer Brewing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The TM, G2 and G Series<\/a> all display instantaneous flow rate and flow totals which are features not typically found incorporated into one meter. These meters work well in all points of the brewing process and are especially useful during tank cleaning to calculate the amount of cleaning chemicals needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TM Series digital meter<\/a> is a high output meter offering durable and compact, high precision fluid measurement . Constructed of Schedule 80 PVC housing in a range of sizes from \u00bd to 4\u201d with spigot and NPT end connections, the TM is a low cost meter for general water measurement with flow ranges of 1-600 gpm (depending on size) with an accuracy of +\/- 3%. These meters are available with local or remote displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The G2 Industrial flow meter<\/a> is available with NPT or tri-clamp ends for easy installation and removal. Constructed of 316 Stainless steel housing in line sizes of 1\/2\u201d to 2\u201d NPT and \u00be\u201d to 2 \u00bd\u201d tri-clamp, the G2 offers excellent fluid compatibility in the brewing or bottling process and later during cleaning. The easy to read display can be mounted in different orientations depending on piping layout. Flow ranges of 1-200 gpm with an accuracy of 1-2% (depending on size) Available with local or remote displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The G Series is a stainless steel tri-clamp precision meter which meets SIP (Steam in Place) and CIP (Cleaned in Place) standards. Valve materials, interior finish, and dimensions comply with 3A and FDA requirements. Available with local or remote display and accurate to +\/- 1\/2%. Assured Automation MAG series<\/a> are volumetric magnetic induction flow meters that measure temperature, flow rate and totals at rates up to 160 gpm.
The rugged meter body includes electronics, display, user interface, and output signal generation in one compact unit. In addition to being more compact it is also less expensive than comparable meters and sensors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
