Inside Sales / Customer Service

Company: Assured Automation is an industrial sales company focusing on valve and flow meter products. We stock and assemble our products at our Roselle, NJ facility. Our customers are located throughout the world in pharmaceutical, chemical, power, water, food, beverage, and cosmetic industries.

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual that is ready to be a part of fast paced sales environment. The position will cover both sales and operations responsibilities in our organization.

• Handling inside sales calls, quoting customers, and entering orders
• Placing orders with our vendors and expediting deliveries
• Handling customer returns. Working with our shop and vendors to resolve returns through repair or replacement

• College graduate and experience in sales preferred, but not required
• Must be computer literate with the ability to use multiple database, accounting and Windows based software systems (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to handle a fast paced, multi-task environment

Compensation: Salary + Profit Sharing + 401K match + Medical
