Returned
Goods:
To return goods, the Buyer must get approval from
Assured Automation and must obtain an authorization number (RGA #)
from the Assured Automation Sales Department. Only parts that are
under current warranty can be accepted. Large quantity returns,
if accepted, are subject to prior approval.
Cancellations:
Cancellations,
if accepted, will be subject to a charge of at least 15% of the
original purchase price.
Restocking Charges:
Standard catalog items are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Additional restocking charges may apply for special conditions such as large quantities or special requirements such as oxygen cleaning. In addition testing charges may also apply.
Standard automated valves are subject to the standard catalog item restocking charge of 30% with additional charges for disassembly of components and any special accessories.
Special assemblies are normally non-returnable.
All returned items must be in new condition and be packaged in their original box.
No credit will be given for used or damaged items.
No items may be returned without an RGA # supplied buy Assured Automation.

Delivery
Time:
All
orders will be shipped from Clark, New Jersey within two (2) business
days of the order being placed. Actual delivery time will vary depending
on the carrier selected (see routing.)
Routing:
Unless a purchase order specifies a preferred routing, shipments
will be made by the most economical means with the freight charges
"collect". Exception to this will be carriers which require payment
in advance.
